We are pleased to announce that Rocco Petitti, LMT/CMT/MLDT, is now practicing out of our office. Rocco has almost 20 years experience in Therapeutic Massage and 15 years in the medical field. Rocco will be handling his own scheduling, you may call him at 602-740-2409 to schedule your appointments. You do not have to be an Activate patient to see him.

2020 Toy Drive

Activate Chiropractic is once again sponsoring approximately 60 preschoolers for the Osborn School District.
Due to the unusual circumstances of 2020, we have to do things differently. We will be collecting cash donations, Dr. Petermann will match the donations up to $500.
Dr. Petermann and Renee' will purchase gift cards for each of the children and the school will deliver them
