Looking for a few simple ways to avoid a yeast infection? Follow these tips 💡

- Wash your body with unscented soap
- Use condoms or dental dams
- Shower and change clothes after working out (this will prevent bacteria from building)
- Avoid eating too much sugar
- Avoid s*x until the infection has gone away
- Wear breathable / cotton under garments
