A $20,000 City of Phoenix, AZ USA Food Systems Grant will launch NutriMiniKids at five Family Resource Center locations, helping families with young children build healthy habits and access fresh fruits and vegetables.

Starting early makes a lasting difference, and this program brings the tools and support families need right into the community.

Meet Debbie Reyes 💚

As a Guest Services Representative at the Community Health Center, Debbie is often one of the first faces patients and families see and one of the many reasons they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Since joining Valleywise Health in 2024, Debbie has brought compassion, kindness, and a helping hand to every interaction. Her commitment to giving back through the Heart of Valleywise Health program reflects that same spirit.

“I give because it brings me joy. It’s a feeling of completeness, knowing you’re doing something good and helping others. That’s just who I am, I want to give back wherever I can.”
