The holidays can be joyful, but they can also be a lot for your body — especially your nervous system and pelvic floor.
Stress, travel, and long days often lead to more tension, urgency, or discomfort, and that’s completely normal.

If things feel “off” this week, your body isn’t failing you — it’s responding to a fuller season. Be gentle with yourself, breathe a little deeper, and know we’re here if you need support. 🩵

The holidays can be hard on the pelvic floor — long drives, flights, and hours of sitting add up.
But a few simple habits (breathwork, breaks, posture shifts, hydration) can bring ease back into your body.

Your pelvic floor loves gentle movement, space, and calm.
This season, give it a little extra care — or let us help you do just that. 🩵

Your pelvic floor doesn’t just respond to movement — it responds to stress, tension, and the way your nervous system feels throughout the day.
That’s why we focus on more than exercises. Breathwork, calming the system, releasing tension, and helping your body feel safe are all part of your healing.
When your nervous system relaxes, your pelvic floor can too. 🩵

This season, we’re giving back — together. 🍂

From Nov 24–Dec 24, we’re collecting non-perishable food items to donate to a local charity and support families in need. 💛

To spread even more gratitude, we’re hosting weekly gift card drawings to local small businesses!
Here’s how you can join in:
✨ 1 entry for every food donation
✨ 2 entries for leaving us a Google review

Your kindness goes a long way — thank you for helping us give back to our community this season. 🧡

Pushing or straining to empty your bladder might seem harmless, but over time it can put unnecessary pressure on your pelvic floor — leading to issues like leakage, urgency, or even prolapse.

If you feel like you have to push to go, your pelvic floor may be holding more tension than you realize. The good news? That’s something pelvic floor therapy can help with!

✨ Learn how to relax your muscles and let your bladder do its job — no straining required.

Whether your C-section was 6 weeks or 6 years ago, your scar still tells a story — and it can also hold tension, tightness, or sensitivity that affects your core, back, or pelvic floor.

Pelvic floor therapy can help restore movement, soften scar tissue, and reconnect you with your body so you can feel strong and supported again. ✨

This month, we’re offering free C-section scar screenings at She PT — a 20 minute 1:1 sit down with a pelvic floor physical therapist to talk through personalized ways to support your recovery.

Because healing doesn’t have an expiration date. 🩵

📅 Spots are limited — call or text (602) 456-2956 to reserve your free screening.

It takes courage to seek help for something so personal, and we’re honored every time someone chooses to take that first step.

If you’ve been curious about pelvic floor therapy but unsure where to start, you’re not alone — and we’re here when you’re ready. 💫

If sitting feels like a literal pain in the tailbone, you’re not imagining it. 💥

Tailbone pain (coccydynia) can make sitting, driving, or even bending uncomfortable. It often shows up after a fall, a long labor and delivery, or even from years of sitting posture habits.

At She PT, we look beyond the tailbone itself — because pain here is often connected to the pelvic floor, hips, and even the lower back.

Pelvic floor therapy can help by:
✨ Releasing muscle tension and restoring mobility
✨ Addressing alignment and sitting posture
✨ Teaching positions and supports that reduce pressure

You don’t have to “just live with it.” Relief is possible — and it starts with understanding where your pain is really coming from. 🩵
