I got to be a guest speaker in a college class today on addictions and I loved it! I could see myself in a class room setting in the future! Sharing with others what I'm so passionate about is fulfilling!

Starting a teen group tomorrow at 4pm focused on becoming more aware of thoughts, behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, and how we affect others. It will be an amazing opportunity to come around one another and find positive change and direction.
