Caro Papà 😇 23 years have gone by so fast. Soon I'll be the age you joined heaven. I'm not sure how to handle that. Tears still flow every year I post in your honor, in behalf of all who loved you. And in particular us, your forever kids ❤️ 💙 We may be apart, but our bond will never break. Always writing this the day prior, so I can simply be present in however the day plays out, on the date that haunts me still, 4/28. Especially this year. Witnessing your journey of faith • courage • strength... beyond belief. We not only love you, we honor you, and thank you for the most amazing human being in our lives ♡ Please watch over us. Talk to the angels for us 🙏
💫 We honor our dad's sense of humor and laughter. The respect he was given at his job, winning awards, with his team who celebrated and respected him for his gentle ways. He played Italian cards: Briscola, Scopa. Tombola during Natale (Christmas time). Bocce during the summer. Besides traveling to Italy (and our 4 years of living in Cardinale... Ciao a tutti!), we took many road trips I'll never forget.
He always made everything better: at work, at home, with family • friends • neighbors and strangers. Very kind hearted, very intuitive, and ahead of his time. His funeral overwhelmed us. They had to open a second room, that also was full to capacity and still a long line with people outside. The numerous stories we heard of how our dad helped so many blew us away. We do our best to continue in his supportive • caring • compassionate • intuitive • fun loving path. 🕉
