Breast augmentation is one of the most common procedures we perform at Phoenix Plastic Surgery. We offer a variety of options including all implant sizes, silicone and saline implants, and we are experts in all the possible implant positions (i.e. under the breast tissue, under the muscle fascia, or under the muscle). The medical terminology for these positions are subglandular, subfascial, sub-muscular, and dual plane. We also specialize in the creation of an internal bra with mesh when needed. Only a few surgeons in the area offer all these options with the expertise needed to deliver your perfectly customized result.

Our patient came to us with severe abdominal scarring, deflated breasts, and excess belly tissue. She underwent a comprehensive mommy makeover, including a breast lift with augmentation for a full and lifted look, a tummy tuck to sculpt and tighten her midsection, and a scar revision to address a childhood scar that had been with her for years. Because of Dr. Prucz's extensive reconstructive training, he was able to transform the scar while performing a tummy tuck. He can also fix hernias when needed.

The combination of a facelift, neck lift, and a lower blepharoplasty takes years of aging away from your face. The face and neck procedures remove the deep creases on the face, excess sagging skin from the neck, and eliminate the jowls. Meanwhile eyelid procedures make your eyes appear more youthful and vibrant. This particular patient chose to have a lower blepharoplasty first and opted to do the upper blepharoplasty at a later date. Stay tuned in the next few months for that!
