Given the global spread of Covid-19 (the Corona Virus), we feel that it is best to reach out to our valued patients and let you know that your safety and the safety of our employees is a top priority, and we wanted to share the following information regarding our office operations and safety precautions. Please know we are following all recommendations from the CDC and local health officials to care for our patients. Rest assured, our office already follows universal disease prevention control. However, we are taking additional precautionary measures to aid in keeping your visit safe. Some of these measures include, but are not limited to, more frequent disinfection to high touch items such as keyboards, telephones, door handles, and furniture in common areas and having hand sanitizer available in all common areas. Also, all patients will be asked to wait in their cars for their appointment. We will call or text you when your exam room is ready. We ask that only patients who do not have vehicles sit in the waiting room and that no family members wait inside. We have covered parking and easy access to the building.
Please note that our office will have limited hours beginning Monday April 6th until further notice. Our weekly schedule will look like this:
Mon. 9am - 3pm
Tue. 9am - 3pm
Wed. 9am - 3pm
Thu. 9am - 3pm
Fri. CLOSED
Sat. CLOSED
Sun. CLOSED
We need your help. It is very important that patients who have a cough, fever, or are experiencing shortness of breath DO NOT come into the office. We also ask that anyone who has been potentially exposed to COVID-19 please reschedule. We also ask that you avoid bringing family members to your appointment unless absolutely necessary. Family members are welcome to wait in their vehicles during your appointment. Your health and safety is always of our utmost concern at Valley Urogynecology Associates. We will reach out to any patients that have non-urgent appointments or appointments in the hours we will be closed. If you have ANY questions or concerns. Please CALL the office first at (602) 788-1521.
Our staff looks forward to continuing your healthcare throughout these challenging times. Please note that guidance from the Arizona Department of Health and CDC is dynamic and we may need to make more adjustments in the future. We thank you in advance for your cooperation, flexibility, and understanding.
Sincerely,
Valley Urogynecology Associates
