I’m open and taking new clients. It has been lovely to organically transition folks out of therapy for moves, life transitions, and completion of goals! This means that my schedule is open and I would love to see new folks for individual.

*Rest as resistance*
Have I had a million +1 things I “should” have been doing? Probably, yes. However, in spaces that always require us to be “productive” to be deemed as worthy. Rest is a form of resistance.

I have rested by taking breaks from social media. Listening to books on audio tape rather than feeling I always have to engage in text for it to be “valid”. I have also stepped away from always needing to be “learning” to allowing for spaces of joy.

Reading Stephen King and drinking tea. Moving slow and reconnecting with self has been my resistance. What’s yours?

I’ve appreciated the inclusivity and realness of this read. The exercises they provide are relevant as well as the social implications/systemic information that they have.
