Anyone can bring the chips. But you'll be the MVP with this salsa!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ingredients
1 c canned tomatoes (can also use fresh chopped or canned roasted tomatoes and/or Rotel)
1 TBSP lime juice
1/2 c diced red onion
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped garlic
1 TBSP taco Seasoning
1 TBSP diced & seeded jalapeno (or more to taste)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Depending on texture you prefer, you can leave as is or place ingredients in a food processor and process to desired consistency. Pick from chunky or smooth texture. Add more ingredients to taste.

"I've been training off and on at the Body Firm for the last 11 years(!) and can't say enough great things about the trainers or the exercise form they've taught me. Sessions are varied, tailored to ability, and emphasize functional movement. A while after I first started, I remember crawling through my attic to run some electrical wires and thinking how easy it was... it's amazing what some core strength and balance will do. Might as well start busting out the snacks for upcoming Super Bowl Parties!

Classic Homemade Hummus
Homemade hummus is so fresh-tasting, and it’s really not that complicated to make. You probably have the ingredients in your kitchen! Major protein, too. 💥

INGREDIENTS

1 can (14 oz) chickpeas, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp cumin
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients into a food processor.

Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil if required to reach desired consistency.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as preferred.

Transfer the hummus into an airtight container and serve chilled.
