This February, we recognize Black History Month by celebrating the voices, leadership, and innovation that continue to shape our communities and our country.

At Adobe Population Health, our work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to care, support, and opportunity for better health—regardless of where they live or the challenges they face.

Let's celebrate history while building a healthier future together.

Today, on Maternal Health Awareness Day, we pause to acknowledge both progress and the urgent work still ahead. The U.S. continues to face a maternal health crisis—one marked by preventable deaths and persistent disparities that disproportionately impact Black and American Indian or Alaska Native individuals. Too often, complications arise not just at delivery, but weeks and months after, when support can fade and risks remain high.

At Adobe Population Health, we believe every mother deserves equitable, continuous, and compassionate care—before, during, and long after birth. By advancing access, addressing inequities, and supporting providers with data-driven, patient-centered solutions, we’re committed to protecting mothers and families when it matters most.

Let’s keep the conversation going—and the momentum building—for healthier outcomes for all.

Organizations across healthcare are exploring agentic AI, but one insight is central to how we approach it at Adobe Population Health. As CIO Alexander Waddell noted, technology delivers real value only when it reinforces, not replaces, the human connection at the core of care.

SDOH support remains significantly underfunded, which makes efficiency essential. That’s why Adobe is developing a Salesforce-based agent to assist clinicians during detailed risk assessment interviews. By automating documentation, the agent aims to free nurses and social workers to stay fully present with members and design individualized care plans that address both clinical needs and real-world barriers.

In a landscape filled with AI hype, Alex’s perspective is the guidepost: data and automation matter, but lasting impact comes from applying them in the service of genuine human care. Read the full article: https://bit.ly/4i8Otv0

Healthcare IT is typically siloed and insular. That won't stop mainstream CX vendors from bringing agentic AI into patient care, life sciences and insurance.
