Kelly Bennett

Early on I began my quest to help people in high school. A local family didn’t know where to turn to help their little girl who had just been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, the autoimmune kind. Her family was hoping to ease her fears, having her chat with someone else who was young and also had Type 1 Diabetes. She was scared to take her injections and test her blood sugar. After our chat, her fears disappeared. I knew then I wanted to help others ease their fears, improve their moods, and later release physical pain.

I’ve always believed in a holistic approach to working with people. My mentor, Mark Robert Waldman, encouraged me to develop a neuropain protocol when working with patients who experience immense pain. People were routinely seeing their level go from level 8 pain to level 2 or even a zero. I was beyond ecstatic each time someone had relief. I began researching how the pain protocol was helping people release their pain and found additional resources. This began my next journey learning a new skill, QiGong. The slow movement of QiGong, coupled with mindful yawning, is essential to helping people heal their own pain. NeuroMovement Therapy is key to helping people manage their physical pain.

In some cases, people saw their physical pain go away after experiencing pain for the last 10 to 20 years. People who experienced the most significant improvement combined NeuroCoaching and NeuroMovement therapy. On a personal note, I’ve seen my own pain significantly reduced following my own protocol.

I became a certified NeuroCoach in 2018 and hold a master’s degree in Social Work. I have over 20 years’ experience working with adults, teens, and seniors who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, and career transitions. I have a passion assisting people find solutions that best fit their desires and needs. By integrating traditional psychological strategies with mindfulness and brain-based NeuroCoaching, clients will experience greater transformation in just a few sessions.
