💜 Circle the City’s next Women’s Wellness Event is on March 5th. These events provide no-cost mammograms, wellness checks, and health education, ensuring that women who often go without care have access to lifesaving screenings.

✨ With your help, we can provide women with comfort, dignity, and a reminder that they are not alone.

👉 We are currently collecting donations of items such as:
◾ Kindness kits
◾ Bras and underwear
◾ Body lotion and sunscreen
◾ Face masks and other self-care items.

Your generosity ensures that women experiencing homelessness don’t just receive healthcare, but also feel seen, valued, and cared for.

💜 Thank you for standing with women in our community!

At 61 years old, George lives by one simple truth: “You wanna move forward, not backwards.”

Originally from Wisconsin, he came to Phoenix to be closer to family. A lifelong cook inspired by his mother, he has always shown love by caring for others through food. After needing a knee replacement and facing an uncertain future, George found healing and stability at Circle the City’s Downtown Medical Respite Center.

Where, for the first time in a long time, his health came first, and kindness was constant.

Today, he’s recovering, hopeful, and dreaming of getting back to work as a cook.

Because of supporters like you, George didn’t have to choose between recovery and survival. He was able to focus on moving forward.

🔥 Shout out to Circle the City’s incredible Hospital Health Navigators!

🎉 Through partnerships with hospital emergency departments across the valley, our navigators connect patients experiencing homelessness to the care they need. From coordinating outpatient treatment to securing a safe place in medical respite, they ensure no patient leaves without support.

💜 Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and dignity you bring to every interaction, and for helping patients move forward with hope.

✨ At Circle the City, we know that for many of our patients, pets are not just companions; they are family. And without support, some individuals facing homelessness will delay or even refuse medical care if it means being separated from their pet.

🐾 That’s why Circle the City created Paws… for Pet Care, a program that removes barriers to healing by providing temporary pet boarding, veterinary assistance, food, supplies, and essential support. Because when patients know their pet is safe, they can focus on their own health.

💜 Thanks to generous donors like you, patients like Robert Weinbrener have been able to stay with the pets who give them comfort, hope, and a reason to keep going. “If I didn’t have her, I don’t know if I’d be here,” said Robert.

👉 Your support makes stories like Robert’s possible.

🚨 Donate today to keep patients and their pets safe, healthy, and together.

🔥 Last week, we held our first Women’s Wellness Event of 2026, and the impact was incredible.

✨ From compassionate conversations to access to vital, no-cost care like mammograms, the event was a powerful reminder of what happens when women are met with dignity, understanding, and support.

💜 We are so grateful to our staff, partners, and community who helped create a safe, welcoming space for women facing homelessness to prioritize their health.

👉 And we are just getting started. Our next Women’s Wellness Event is on March 5th, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue this important work!

✨ Circle the City’s 18th Annual Garden Tea & Silent Auction ✨

The Garden Tea is a fundraising event rooted in compassion and community, supporting Circle the City’s mission to provide healthcare to individuals facing homelessness in Maricopa County. The event features a Silent Auction, Local Craftsman Corner, Boutique Shopping, a Wine Pull, and a Raffle.

🎉 Why it matters:
Homelessness in Arizona has increased by 60% since 2017, with the East Valley experiencing a 238% surge. Many individuals are discharged from hospitals with nowhere safe to heal.

👉 Where the funds go:
All proceeds from the Garden Tea will directly support the development of Mesa’s first East Valley Medical Respite Center, an 85-bed facility that will provide medical care, supportive services, and a path to stability, all while reducing hospital readmissions and easing strain on emergency services.

💜 Every dollar raised helps ensure recovery happens with dignity and hope.

💜 Help us build a healthier Maricopa County 💜

Maricopa County is asking community members to take part in its Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Survey—a countywide effort to better understand what’s working, where gaps exist, and how to improve health and quality of life for everyone who calls our community home.

The information shared through this survey helps guide future community health planning and funding decisions, including how resources are directed to support people facing homelessness, access to care, mental health, and other essential services.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to participate—and to share the survey with your networks so as many voices as possible are represented.

👉 Take the survey here: https://www.maricopa.gov/5707/CHNA-Survey

Together, we can help shape a healthier future for Maricopa County.
