Sometimes, hearing “I’m proud of you” can be the most powerful medicine.

Earlier this year, our work was featured by actor Bradley Cooper and Well Beings — offering a behind-the-scenes look at our street medicine teams in action. This emotional moment is a reminder that every step forward, no matter how big or small, deserves celebration.

This is what compassionate care looks like. 💜

“Anybody that comes in, I can help them.”

Meet Kirsten “KJ” Dionisio, a Registered Nurse at Circle the City’s Downtown Family Health Center.

KJ joined Circle the City with one goal in mind: to be there for people facing homelessness in any way she can. From daily nurse visits to managing medication, KJ does it all.

Her compassion and resilience embody Circle the City’s mission of providing healthcare for all individuals experiencing homelessness. KJ is one of the many dedicated nurses who make healthcare and hope possible for our community.

Thank you, KJ, and all Circle the City RNs, for the incredible work you do every day!

✨“I don’t know where I’d be without them.” – Robert✨

After facing homelessness and health issues, Robert found hope and healing at Circle the City’s Midtown Medical Respite Center, a place where he could recover with his dog Bernie by his side.🐶

💜Now, they have a home… Together!💜

💕This National Homelessness Awareness Month, we’re honoring stories like Robert’s that remind us of what’s possible when compassion and care come together.

Yesterday, we joined our friends and partners at Keys to Change in celebrating 20 incredible years of service! 🎉

For two decades, Keys to Change has been a driving force in transforming lives through housing and supportive services — and we’re so proud to call their campus home to our Downtown Family Health Center and Downtown Medical Respite Center.

This partnership allows us to bring compassionate healthcare directly to individuals experiencing homelessness, working side-by-side to provide hope, healing, and a pathway forward. 💜

Congratulations to Keys to Change on 20 years of making a lasting difference in our community — and here’s to many more!
