Please join us in welcoming Eric Gilbert to Quail Run Behavioral Health as our new Director of Plant Operations.

Eric brings a strong background in healthcare facilities and plant operations, with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and creating supportive environments for patient care. He will lead all aspects of plant operations to ensure our hospital continues to operate seamlessly for our patients, staff, and clinical teams.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Eric leads with integrity, teamwork, and accountability. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being a dedicated father to his three daughters—along with his dog, Boss.
