🤠FIT COWBOY WINTER YOUTH CAMP is HERE!
Fulfillment in Training (F.I.T.) is teaming up with the Copper State Riding Club to bring your youth an unforgettable 3-day winter wellness experience they’ll be talking about all year long!

📅 December 29–31
⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
FREE transportation to & from the ranch pick up location to be determined.
Limited space please register TODAY!

This is more than a camp, it’s a safe, engaging, and empowering space where youth build confidence through:
🤠 Hands-on ranch & riding experiences
🤠Physical activity & movement
🤠Leadership development
🤠Wellness and positive mentors & community connection.

Movement with purpose changes lives.

Earlier this month, our community Lululemon 5k became the spark that helped us collect over 100 toys for children in our community. What began as a run turned into an outpouring of generosity, love, and collective impact.

Thanks to our Community Wellness Director and Lululemon Ambassador, Coach Jabari, Mary Ministries was selected as our donation partner ensuring every toy collected reached families who truly needed it.

This is what Fulfillment In Training stands for: wellness that gives back, partnerships that matter, and a community that shows up with heart.

We are always looking for volunteers who want to give back, serve with heart, and help us continue creating impact. If you’re ready to be part of the mission, we’d love to have you!

This workout is about more than fitness, it’s about connection and community. Designed for all ages and all fitness levels, led by Coach Jabari and supported by caring first responders.

Community Coming Together for the Holidays

Fulfillment In Training (F.I.T.) is honored to partner with the Phoenix Police Foundation and the Phoenix Police Department to support families in need this holiday season.

Thanks to their generosity, we’ll be blessing several families with Safeway Gift Cards to help brighten the holiday season and bring a little extra joy to our neighbors.

A special thank you to Wilson Elementary School for hosting and opening their doors to the community. We’ll also have FREE community resources on-site to uplift, support, and empower local families.

We’re excited to partner with the City of Tempe Fire Department for a FREE Community Workout on. Saturday, Dec 13 from 7:00–8:30 AM

This event is more than just a workout it’s about coming together, supporting each other, and creating a space where every person feels welcomed, encouraged, and capable. F.I.T. believes that when a community moves together, we grow stronger together.

Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or you train every day, this workout is designed for all ages and all levels. Bring a water bottle, bring a friend, and bring an open heart. Come challenge yourself in a safe, supportive environment led by our very own personal trainer Coach Jabari & special guests first responders who care deeply about the health and happiness of our neighborhoods.

Today is Juneteenth!
Today, we honor freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of justice.
Juneteenth marks the day in 1865!! two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation, when the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas finally learned they were free!!!
It’s a powerful reminder that freedom delayed is not freedom denied and that our fight for equity continues.
At Fulfillment in Training, we are rooted in empowerment, community, and progress. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, and we work daily to uplift future generations through sports, leadership, and service.
Let’s celebrate Black excellence!
Let’s honor the past!!
Let’s keep building a future that reflects true liberation for all.
