3 years ago, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a corporate headquarters office located in a beautiful commercial campus in Tempe, Arizona. Master recommended a bold move: shifting the entrance to the West, also, with the internal feng shui adjustment, the company has been growing. Currently, they are looking for a bigger office to move into. On April 13, 2026, Master was invited to audit a new 7,000+ sqft. expansion office. However, the external layout is not ideal: white tiger is so strong and the green dragon is so weak, in addition, the frontage area is also oppressed. Master proposed two remedies: moving the entrance north to capture the energy of Tempe Town Lake, or shifting it west. Both were rejected due to office logistics and the unexpected renovation cost, so they will need to find a different location.

On April 11, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a solar company in Show Low, Arizona (6,500 ft). The company was built in 1970 (Period 6), which carries strong "Fire" energy. As a Chinese American, it was a proud moment to see so many advanced green-tech products in the shop made in China!

During the audit, I discovered the owner's desk was located in a unfavorable position. I recommended removing the wall and moving the workspace to the prosperous sector. This adjustment stabilizes the company’s "Fire" energy, ensuring it burns brighter and steadier.

On April 11, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a luxury house located in Show Low, Arizona. Backed by a National Forest of majestic Ponderosa pines at 6,500ft elevation, this home sits in a landscape of strength and authority—perfectly matching the decisive owner who is a 'Tiger'.

Fortunately, the "Reverse Bow" road has minimal impact, while the central "Gold-Swallowing" entrance aligns perfectly with wealth-attracting principles. Master advised replacing her new lion statues with elephants, as lions are often too aggressive for residential use, also suggested to leave the back door closed, the rest of the home’s interior is ideal. With the purifying forest air, this is a premier sanctuary for health and prosperity.

2019年建八运辛山乙向兼酉卯，昨天受邀请来到亚利桑那州肖洛市(Show Low)给一家百万豪宅看风水, 正值凤凰城天气炎热, 肖洛市海拔6500多英尺，温度60多度，非常舒服！此宅北邻国家森林，西黄松林如屏风般挺立，红褐色的鳞甲树皮象征着坚实与权柄，女福主属虎, 以前是财务顾问 , 说话非常果断，气场强大。外局方面，幸好反弓煞只是影响到屋子的一小部分，正门口刚好在屋子中间，原来老外也会弄吞金门，门廓符合了正反交理气，此屋必招财！门口摆了一对狮子，原来福主也学了风水一段时间，狮子也是这两天刚刚买的，不过网上的东西五花八门，令到她非常迷惑，我告诉她一般平民住宅正门口是不建议摆狮子，摆一对大象招财更好。内局方面，除了后门出卦，车库的一些防盗的电子仪器出卦，其它都非常理想。聊天其间，松林间散发的淡淡香草清芬，随清风入户，这种自然之气能涤荡宅内磁场，是极佳的养生聚气之地。男主人刚好去凤凰城参加高尔夫球比赛，只能下次有缘再见，预祝福主新居入伙大吉！

On February 28, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two- story house located in Phoenix, Arizona. The front door is right at the edge of house, which makes the ‘Green Dragon’ weak, and that is not recommended in Feng Shui, Master suggested leaving the front door closed permanently, and just use the garage door to enter and exit, which will bring in more wealth. A worship table and Buddha can be located on the East side to bless the family, which also help the children study well. Mrs. xx really appreciated Master’s consultation because it clarified some confusion she has had throughout purchasing this home.

2026年建九运甲山庚向兼卯酉，昨天受邀请来到北凤凰城给一家全新的别墅看风水。正门口开在屋子边缘，青龙位完全空了，白虎抬头，朱雀与玄武位都有围墙，如果把正门口改成向东，明堂开阔，正好有一个像聚宝盆一样的小凹地，但却在五黄大凶位，最后建议把正门口关起来，永远都从车库进出，虽然邻居的屋子车库有点压迫，但起码形成逆水朝堂的催财格局，而且也是当运的九紫星！福主提到一位台湾师傅说炉灶不能在西北或西南位(本人不认同)，所以故意选了这个炉灶在东北的屋子，很不幸炉灶出卦了，不过最后还是想到了解决方案。观音可以摆在卯位，既可以保佑家人平安，又可以旺文昌。二楼出卦的卫生间比较多，建议以后把主人房的衣柜与卫生间调换。虽然福主已经当面谢谢我，但回到家还是收到感谢短信: "谢谢您今天花很多时间与我们沟通。这房子在现实面整个建造与交易工程很多插曲，但我灵魂深处又相信我们会在这房子住得很好。今天您的实际走访与解释让我明白很多我内心的矛盾"。愿风水可以帮助更多的有缘人！

On February 21, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single-story apartment unit located in Camelback East, Phoenix, Arizona. As Master was walking through the neighborhood, he felt that the environment is kind of weird and depressed, the front door of Mrs. xx’s unit also faces some poison arrows, fortunately, the internal energy flow is acceptable, and Master has taught them where to place a water fountain to boost up the good energy flow as well as how to mitigate the negative energy with the cure. Ideally, they can move out here, and find a better place for living.

1979年建6运壬山丙向兼子午，昨天受邀来到凤凰城一栋公寓看风水，走进公寓区有一种奇怪的感觉. 明堂塞闭，青龙逼近，白虎迫压，邻居家屋顶的冷气也形成尖角煞，本来是建议福主搬离这里，但福主说已经刚刚又签了一年的租约。内局反而没有什么大问题，炉灶在文昌合卦位，看得出两小口非常恩爱。主人房在九紫位，可以摆水池摧财。河图告诉我们三八为友属木，客厅里刚好摆了8颗生机勃勃的绿色植物。如果能摆在福主的先天位就更加理想！由于女福主属马，今年犯太岁，建议万事小心，一切低调，多做善事，风水调整好之后，相信能平安度过。

On February 3, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house located in Peoria, Arizona, which was built in 2024. Master felt great as he was driving around in such a new developing community. Master enjoyed talking to Mr. XX who majored in architecture. Here are the adjustments: the Buddha table, water heater, washer and dryer need to be moved to better spots; daughter needs to move to the current guest room; do not use the oven and microwave, instead, buy new standalone ones; a fish tank can be set up in the great room, and water fountain can be set up in both the front yard and the back yard to boost up wealth.

2024年建九运壬山丙向兼子午，昨天受邀请来到北凤凰城一家别墅看风水，进入这个都是全新屋子的小区，心情开朗！观察外局的时候，东边太阳已露出笑脸，西边月亮仍挂在天上，日月同辉！外局方面青龙有情，白虎驯服，朱雀位邻居的屋子形成小尖角煞。福主是读建筑学的, 跟他聊天非常投机。内局要调整的是: 1. 中心点的烤箱微波炉，建议停用, 可以买独立的放在其它吉位; 2. 中心点的卫生间停用; 3. 洗衣机干衣机挪到对面的墙; 4. 车库的热水炉移到合卦位; 5. 女儿的房间在5黄大凶位，建议挪到坤位，反馈也是女儿搬进来一年多，很多不顺，而且破大财; 6. 佛堂出卦了，建议挪到壬位; 7. 教会他们在哪里摆鱼缸与水池摧财。最后叮嘱他们今年6至9月要万分小心，因为家里的总电箱出卦了，由于是市政府的设施，所以挪不了。进入立春，祝愿福主一家四口风水调整之后，身体健康，万事如意！

On February 1, 2026, Master Steven received a call from Ms. XX who needed some help with selling a Million-dollar house located in Washington, Utah, there has been quite a bit of potential buyers who were interested in this house, yet the deal was not closed due to different reason, therefore, Ms. XX believed that there was something wrong with the house energy. Master Steven pointed out 2 major issues of this property, and provided 5 cures, also, based on Ms. XX’s birthday, Master expected the house could be sold by early May.

八运壬山丙向兼子午，随着高科技的不断发展，现在远程帮客户看风水准确率可以非常高。福主是犹他州华盛顿城市的一位房地产经纪人, 目的是为了更快的把双胞胎妹妹拥有的5300平方英尺百万豪宅尽快卖出去, 对此屋有兴趣的买家非常多，但就是种种原因，到最后一步的时候就莫名其妙地完成不了销售, 直觉告诉她此屋的风水有问题！通过卫星与照片，我直截了当地告诉了此屋的最大问题！给她提了5点建议。姐妹俩都是属猪，我断言农历的寅月或卯月会有买家，阳历5月初房子应该可以卖出去！福主高兴地说，如果此事成功，到时候一定专程邀请我坐飞机过去帮她自己跟其他的亲朋与客户看风水！

On January 24, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a follow-up fengshui consultation on a single story house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1997. Ms. ### mentioned that Mr. ###’s business revenue was tripled after the fengshui adjustment in 2021 with Master’s guide. Master looked at the floor plan that was drawn in 2021, and asked if the garage project was done, Ms. ### said no, then Master mentioned that there should be a severe health issue happened in 2023 and 2024, Mr. ### said she had skin cancer surgery in 2024, but she has been mostly healed after the surgery, and now she is studying to be a Homeopath, following the principle of: a substance that causes symptoms of an illness in a healthy person can, in a very small dose, treat the same illness in a sick person. Master pointed out that the horseshoe-shape drive way in the front yard provides “SHA QI’, which needs to be remediated. Also, they should not put a bow and arrow in the living room. At last, they can build a wall in the garage to prevent any health issue from happening again.

1997年建七运庚山甲向兼酉卯，昨天受邀请来到北凤凰城一家别墅看风水，其实2021年已经有缘给过他们风水意见，女主人反馈自从调整风水之后，男主人的生意当年就翻了三倍，不过还有一些工程拿不定主意，想邀请我再去实地给他们一些意见。我看了5年前画的风水八卦图，问他们车库那个工程弄好没有？反馈是没有。然后我反问，“你们还记得我提醒过如果不改的话，2023和2024年会有健康问题吗？” 反馈是2024年女主得了皮肤癌，不过做完手术之后，现在已经基本好了，现在她一直在学习，想成为一名顺势疗法的医生(Homeopath). 我到达实地后，看到前院加建了一条半圆形的汽车道，属于明显的反弓煞，还停着一辆崭新的奔驰货车，教会了他们解决方案，一进屋子迎面又看到一把弓箭，告诉他们这也是有煞气的，不适宜放在客厅。最后建议他们把三车位的车库改成一个车位，另外两个车位的车库可以单独成为一个小八卦，这样就可以解决了健康的问题。最后，他们想在阿拉巴马州海边买一间渡假屋，希望到时候我能够给他们提供风水意见。

On Dec 20, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a nursing home located in Chandler, AZ. Ms. xx told Master Steven that the lady lives in the North East corner room has lots of accidents in general, asked whether it is because there are lots of mirrors in the room, Master answered that that's only one reason, the main reason is because of the Sha Qi (Poison Arrows energy) from the neighbors' houses, also the sickness flying star resides in this area in 2025. Another big issue is the washer, the dryer, and the fridge could cause kidney or bladder issue, and Ms xx responded that one of the caregivers had bladder issue two months ago. AC also needs to be relocated. At last, may all the elderlies have a Merry Christmas and long life!

1997年建七运乙山辛向兼卯酉，今天受邀请来到凤凰城钱德勒市一家养老院看风水，养老院其实是一家别墅，当然市政府有很多规章制度来保护住这里的老人家。外局方面，明堂不远处有一个非常开阔的大草坪，如果这个家在旁边那条街就更理想，不过幸好是玉带环腰; 正门口的灌木建议挪掉。福主告诉我住东北寅位那个房间的老人家特别多事故，问我是不是由于房间里有10多面镜子的原因, 我告诉她镜子是一个原因，但主要的原因是这个房间周围邻居的屋子有两个尖角煞，再加上今年流年的五黄大凶星飞到，这也解释了旁边的艮位房间为什么长期丢空。车库里的洗衣机干衣机大冰箱都出卦了，福主问如果不挪它们的话会怎样？我说那么住在屋子里的人会容易得肾病或者子宫，膀胱炎，反馈是在这里住的其中一个护工两个月之前得了膀胱炎。冷气建议挪到巳位。最后，祝福住在这里的所有的老年人圣诞快乐，健康长寿！

On Nov 29, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2.3-million-dollar house located in Arcadia, Arizona. Master looked at the house number, and got the feeling that this house is very good for ‘knowledge’ and ‘wisdom’. There are lots of Buddha pictures hanging on the walls, Buddha statues are randomly sitting anywhere as well, it turns out that Mrs. xx is a spiritual coach and artist, who writes books, draws region pictures, and also gives out online classes to public. The book emphasizes the sacredness of the divine feminine energy, and encourages embracing qualities such as intuition, compassion, nurturing, and creative power. One issue of this house causes Mrs. xx makes good money, yet she cannot save much, she was also suggested that better move out here by 2029, because this is a rental house, and she cannot remodel the laundry room, which is located in a bad fengshui spot.

2019年建八运壬山丙向兼子午，昨天受邀来到凤凰城阿卡迪亚市一家230多万豪宅看风水，进门口时看了一下门牌，我心想此屋旺文昌，福主肯定很聪明。明堂朱雀位不远处有一棵突别高的像发射塔的棕榈树，福主告知是一家餐馆在停车场弄的嗽叭，只是造成棕榈树的样子，我说其实这是声煞与穿心煞; 东北与正南位缺角了。进入家门，一股檀香味扑鼻而来，家里满天神佛，摆了各种画像与不同的雕像，原来福主是一位灵性导师，自己写书，画画，有直播厅在网上讲课，强调神圣女性能量的圣洁性，鼓励人们拥抱直觉，慈悲，关怀和创造力等品质。福主特别钟爱西藏的佛像，也经常出差去印尼的巴厘岛，所以对印度教也深有研究。由于出卦的洗衣房在5黃位，我推断福主2023年过得非常不顺，反馈是2023年诸事不顺，现在都不想提起。我继续断福主赚很多钱，但是存不了钱，反馈是正确的，以前在夏威夷有自己的房子，现在只能在凤凰城租屋住。由于炉灶也在文昌位，我告诉她调整风水之后，生意会越来越好的，会有更多的学生看她的书和听她的课。

On October 22, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2-million-dollar house which is being built in Tucson, Arizona. The house is located in a Cul-de-Sac, which generates the “Arch” negative energy, Master recommended building a short wall in the front area. Internally, in the ‘horse’ spot, dryer, washer, ACs, water heater, and water softener need to be moved; similarly, having a toilet and sink in the southeast spot is also bad for the two daughters, need to be moved as well. Even though the house completion is delayed again, but being healthy with more positive energy is the most important!

2025年建九运寅山申向兼甲庚，前天受邀来到亚利桑那州图桑市给一家200万豪宅看风水，男福主是一个建筑商, 都是自己的施工队在给自己盖房子, 我们沟通起来非常流畅，当聊到风水是能量学的时候，他还知道空气中有很多粒子在流动, 当然我们人体的眼睛是看不到的。外局方面，房子是在路的尽头，略有反弓煞，建议种多点树或者小矮墙化解。内局方面，屋子的设计影响最大的是属亥的太太，因为她的先天位在出卦的午位，这里集中了干衣机，洗衣机，热水器，软水机，还有4台冷气，建议把它们挪到合卦的丙丁位; 另外出卦的巽宫也是五黄大凶位，巽代表长女，也是二女的先天位，如果不把马桶，洗手盘挪到合卦的位置，会影响两个女儿的健康。最后，男主很感慨地说，这个房子2021年就开始设计了，种种原因一拖再拖，一直在赶工程，现在我建议的这些调整又会延迟入伙的时间，我微笑着说，这可能就是上天的安排，这反而是好事，宁愿晚点搬进去，也要保证家人平平安安，万事如意！
