Lavender is another herb we use in smudging.

It's renowned for it's soothing effects and smells great! It's a great herb for soothing anxiety and tension as well.

Lavender combined with Palo Santo and Sage form the basis of a smudge and combined help rid negative energy.

Sometimes we need fresh start, but our space might need one too!

Sage is another herb we use for space clearing.

It's a sacred herb renowned for its healing, blessing powers and the ability to remove negativity. Sage is unique for its varieties, each with a different scent and appearance.

Burning sage will clear your space but there's a chance it will improve your sleep and cognition as well.

We'd like to share with you the benefits of the herbs we use in a smudging.

Palo Santo is a wild tree native to the Yucatan, Peru and Venezuela. It can be applied as an essential oil or burned as incense as we do in a space cleaning.

The benefits extend beyond ridding a space of negative energy, and Palo Santo is great for warding off insects, calming the mind and for more focused meditation.
