We have written and deleted on this subject multiple times. Never posted about it in the ten years we have been in business. Unfortunately, this past year we have had four machines forced out of commission due to negligence and disrespect. The equipment we and other businesses possess is the core of our worker's livelihoods. If it is forcefully shoved aside, broken beyond repair, mangled, the workers cannot work that night and they don't receive the income they need to pay their bills. We work hard to get food on our worker's tables, to keep their lights on in their homes, to keep roofs over their family's heads. Please notice that equipment in the workplace is there to aid the workers on all levels. If you see equipment in your workplace, please treat it with respect, as if the worker needing it for their job were right there with you. Let's all work together to make our workplaces kinder and more enjoyable. And if you made it this far in reading, thank you for coming to our TED Talk.

Enjoy a satisfying time lapse video of a waxing job our team did this week. We started the week with stripping the old floor wax off and giving the floor a good scrubbing to remove the embedded dirt. Here we are applying the first coat of wax, showing the most dramatic change between the stained concrete and freshly waxed flooring. We usually use shoe covers to prevent shoe prints, but ran low at the end of this project... so we are in socks and staying ahead of the wax. Please enjoy!
