One of the best hacks for consistency in sleep is creating and implementing a bedtime routine. This doesn’t have to be 100 steps but just a few steps that are similar each time you do it. Predictability makes kids feel safe. They learn what the expectations are due to the consistency of the routine AND it will make bedtime easier overall 💤😴

Proud Mom Moment 💜 volunteering with my daughter 💜
Yesterday we had the best time having a booth representing my nonprofit, a charity I started with friends after I battled cancer. We had a great day at and my oldest came with me to help. It was so fun to give back, connect with so many amazing people in the valley and be with my child. These are the days and a great reminder to be thankful for my health & my family ❤️
