Nutre LLC TRE-Tension & Trauma Release Exercises
is a series of exercises that initiate the tremor mechanism Mind. Body. Consciousness.

I pair this somatic therapy with energy work and restorative yoga. Come for 6 weeks and watch your negative thought patterns begin to dissipate. Come for 12 weeks and watch your nervous system regulate and your heart open�

Come for 24 weeks and look in the mirror to a more whole version of yourself. COMPANY POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. The standard meeting time for T.R.E is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Requests to change the 90-minute session needs to be discussed with the T.R.E. provider in order for time to be scheduled in advance. MINORS
If you are a minor, your parents may be legally entitled to some information about your therapy. I will discuss with you and your parents what information is appropriate for them to receive and which issues are more appropriately kept confidential.

Internalized shame thrives in vagueness and secrecy.
How to reduce shame:

1. Name it!
🌟Start getting curious about any feelings or sensations that make you want to stop, hide, or control your tremor.

🌞This helps agency stay intact and differentiates sensation between shame as your identity

2. Noticing
🌟Shame can look like a subtle freeze, laughing off of an emotion, self judgement

🌞Gently reflect without judgment to build your interoceptive awareness. Again, stay curious!🧐

3. Use Titration + Choice
🌟Providing choices allows clients to maintain their sense of agency.

🌞Titration is used to build capacity without overwhelm, performance pressure, or fear of losing control

4. Externalize the experience through language !
🌟 “That shaking is you doing it right, this is what it looks like to observe your nervous system discharging”

🌞 Language matters, period.

5. Dismantle the “Outcome-Focus” and Perfectionism-driven shame
🌟 You never need to work in order to rest, perform to heal, or earn your safety in your body

🌞By dismantling outcome focused worth, we begin to enjoy the journey in present time

Steele Indian School Park stands on the former grounds of the Phoenix Indian School, a federal boarding school that operated from 1891–1990. Like many Indian boarding schools, it was part of a system designed to assimilate Native children, often separating them from their families, languages, and cultural practices.

Today, the land has been transformed into a public park and gathering space, holding both the weight of its history and the resilience of Indigenous communities. For many, it is a place of remembrance, reconnection, and healing.

This might be the last monthly offering at this special location in Central Phoenix…
you don’t want to miss it!

This class is curated with YOU in mind. The experience is aimed to unwind and deeply rest your body by shifting our nervous system through the tremor mechanism. (I know it may sound foreign, but trust me, it’s pretty incredible)

By moving our bodies together (a kind of movement meditation) we allow co-regulation to occur.
Co-regulation is a process where one or more individuals help another to regulate emotions and behaviors through a supportive and nurturing environment. The experience of co-regulation feels grounding, safe, expansive, joyful, relaxed 😌. Many of us in our upbringing were not afforded the privilege of having adults model an environment that felt safe and solution oriented when disruptive stimuli were introduced. This is your opportunity to expand your knowledge and your nervous system within community, while also experiencing some serious self-care at the same time ☺️

Make this experience a nourishing pause in your month 💜
