Sunday’s Awaken Your Power circle was such a meaningful, grounding experience — intimate, nourishing, and exactly the group that was meant to be there. And in a lovely bit of synchronicity, it happened to fall on International Women’s Day, which felt especially fitting for this all‑women gathering. 💞

✨ Our next gathering is Wednesday April 15th, 6–7:30pm — a beautiful way to unwind after tax day.

I love hiking down into the washes near my home - especially when I'm craving deeper connection with Mother Earth for peace and grounding. 🌿

Hardly anyone goes down there, even though it's just beneath the trail. It gives me space to slip off my shoes, breathe more deeply, and settle into the quiet abundance around me. It's proof that you can find this kind of connection even in the middle of a city! 💞

There's something about being held by the earth like that.....

It clears stress, softens tension, and brings you back into yourself - your body, your breath, your path.

✨ Awaken Your Power — 2/18 Group

What a beautiful and powerful gathering this was! 💖

Each AYP circle is intuitively guided, and the journey begins taking shape for me weeks before we meet — images, sensations, themes, and energetic threads that reveal the path I’ll guide the group through. By the time we arrive in the room together, the experience has already been forming in the unseen, ready to meet each person exactly where they are. 💫

Throughout our time together, the energy was moving in such profound and beautiful ways — clearings through the head and spine, softening in the gut and low back, release through the throat and abdomen, and even a wave of love from a recently transitioned loved one. The healing flows continuously in these circles, woven through the meditation, the stillness, the breath, and the shared field we create. 💞

At the end, I shared a bit about the Fire Horse year we’ve entered — a year that supports grounded action, forward momentum, and clarity. When we pair this energy with true self‑care and nervous‑system tending, it allows us to function at a high level without burnout, with more mental spaciousness, and with a greater ability to respond rather than react. 💪
