What’s happening at CHR?

We are excited to share some of the great energy happening across our campus.

✅ Personal Medicine Thursdays
We successfully launched Personal Medicine Day every Thursday—a full day of health education focused on exploring strategies that support recovery, wellness, and quality of life.

🚶‍♀️ On the Move Activities
We also launched our daily On the Move Activities, held every day at 11:15 AM and 2:15 PM. The idea is simple: our entire campus moves.
Guided walks, stretching, skipping—it doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you’re moving.

The best part? Our members and staff are fully into it. These activities are fun, energizing, and community-driven—sometimes with silly hats, music, dancing, and lots of laughter.
