Literally the easiest & healthy high protein, low calorie meal!! And it actually tastes good😋

Recipe:
1. One can tuna
2. 1/4 cup corn
3. Lemon and spices
4. Lettuce wraps

I also like to add hot sauce or mustard for some extra taste!

Eating one healthy meal isn’t going to make you skinny and eating one “bad” meal isn’t going to make you fat

Ready for some big sister love? Here we go:
1. Don’t come to class if you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late. It’s distracting and unfair to the other people in class AND you’ll miss the warmup which increases your risk of injury.
2. If the studio requires you to wear grip socks, just wear them! Don’t try to sneak in your regular socks. Chances are the instructor will notice and have to interrupt the class if it’s against studio policy. I know forgetting them sucks but sometimes you just gotta buy new ones which most studios sell.
3. Don’t leave class early (again distracting for other people). If you must leave early, let the instructor know and choose a reformer/mat close to the door.
4. Don’t start coming up with your own moves during class (it messes with the instructors head; we start thinking is the class I’m teaching not good enough, should I change it etc. PLUS you could injure yourself)
5. If you’re a beginner don’t come to intermediate/advanced classes until you’re ready. As instructors we can IMMEDIATELY tell when someone shouldn’t be in our class and it makes us worry the entire time or we have to adjust or class to fit the one person that shouldn’t be there.
6. It’s obviously fun coming to class with your friends/family BUT don’t overly talk to each other to where it causes a distraction
7. If you loved the class tell your instructor at the end. We. LOVE compliments and let’s us know what to keep teaching. (We’re also open to kind, constructive feedback).
8. I know having to clean equipment at the end isn’t fun; but if it’s part of your studio policy, remember you agreed to it when you signed up. So just do it and leave it clean for the next person.
9. If you plan to film during class, set yourself up in the corner or somewhere other students won’t feel uncomfortable. I would also check your studio policy as many are banning this now.
10. Okay this one is probably the most controversial coming from an instructor. I agree 100% that breath is super important! We want you to exhale audibly and inhale. BUT common, don’t over do it😅 iykyk

Okay I’m ready for the comments lol

It’s a bittersweet moment as I say goodbye to all I’ve known for the past 10 years but I’m excited (and a little scared) for my future🤎 Now is my time to go all in on and I would very much appreciate all the love & support by sharing platform with your friends & family. I know everything happens for a reason and I’m staying hopeful as I navigate what’s next for me. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me🙏🏼
