As on Official Training Club, we are here to help you crush your goals on race day!

Join us on Saturdays from 8-9:30am for a Hyrox specific class and coaching. With ~3 months to race day, we will help you feel confident no matter your fitness level.

A shift to structural muscle growth and mental grit.

⚡ Strength: Bodybuilding
Higher reps and tempo control to focus on hypertrophy and joint integrity.

🔥 Conditioning: Plumbing
High-effort bouts designed to increase tolerance to local muscle fatigue and “the burn”.

📈 Main Progression: Front Squat
Developing upright torso strength and anterior leg power.

🤸 Skill: Dumbbell / Unilateral
Focus on single-side force production to identify and fix asymmetries.

🧩 Movement Quality: Balance
Controlling your center of mass over your base of support (single-leg work).

📝 Assessments: Front Squat (Feb 23) and Kettlebells (Feb 26)

🚇 The Equis Fitness Subway Series is a 3 WEEK team fitness showdown blending CrossFit Open workouts with unique weekly challenges and community tasks.

3️⃣ There will be 3 TEAMS represented by 3 different subway lines; the 4, the D, and the A. Members will be assigned to a team and will work together to earn points for their team.
