Last year, we hosted a meditation retreat at the SAN Center & LOTUSWEI headquarters.
It was incredibly profound.
A group of 6 Tibetan monks came to create a Medicine Buddha Sand Mandala, and we spent one week in a sealed retreat with them.
Almost the entire LOTUSWEI team joined in, plus others who flew in from out of state.
Together, we made wishes for our loved ones, our communities, humanity, the world. We came away with a daily practice that cultivates compassion & insight, and pacifies obstacles, illness and karmic circumstances.
We got so much feedback from others saying: I would love to come if you do another one.
Honestly, we did not think another retreat would be possible.
As of last May when they left Phoenix, their U.S. tour was fully booked.
Still, we requested that they come back to Phoenix before returning home to India in late April.
They told us over & over that they would not have time. But we kept requesting.
And this is why:
It is extremely rare to have access to trained practitioners who have dedicated their entire life – to the benefit of humanity.
The level of devotion, dedication and awareness that these monks have is awe-inspiring.
They are devoted to their practice as a way of life, and as a way to transform the world.
I am overjoyed to share with you that our wishes are being fulfilled –
The Monks of Gaden Shartse Monastery are coming back to Phoenix, April 10-12th to host a 2.5 day Chenrezig Immersion at the Self-Arising Nature Center.
The Chenrezig practice is known for promoting a ripple effect of love, compassion and understanding. It awakens clarity and decisiveness. It develops unshakable calmness.
This immersion is especially potent for everyone with a heartbeat.
We would love to have you join us.
