Boosting your daily fiber doesn’t *have* to mean eating a mountain of veggies! 🥲

Did you know you should be getting at least 25g of fiber daily? Most people aren’t even close … but the good news is tiny add-ins make a big difference.

One of the *easiest* ways to do it? Make your breakfast work harder for you, and here’s my example using some go-tos from NOW Foods. Your next yogurt bowl can become a fiber-packed powerhouse with a few simple upgrades 👇🏼

✨ today I used ✨

🍎 fresh apples
🌾 rolled oats
🌱 chia seeds
🌰 ground flaxseed
🥜 almonds && cashews

(all quick, sprinkle-and-go staples that help you hit your daily fiber goals.)
