I pulled this card today and it brought me to tears. It is exactly the path I’m on and why I do what I do: To help people heal what is holding them back and get in touch with their divine feminine power and be able to release fear and judgment and live with love and compassion for themselves and others. To live their lives authentically and model this for others so they are inspired to do the same 💗 Living this way not only feels better and more truthful it also leads to a successful life with much creativity, positive contribution, personal empowerment and satisfying relationships, not to mention inspiration for others to draw from so that they too may grow ✨💖

I’m back!!! Did you miss me?!?! 🤗 I have had a lot happening inwardly and outwardly and have been focusing on me. I have let go of people and places and things which has made my life feel brand new. My focus right now is self love so it seemed fitting to set up a crystal grid for love! I bought a kit from a local shop in Fort Langley, BC: TAP and have set it up near my bed. I love it! it’s so beautiful! 💕

Got myself a pedicure today! When my kids were younger it was always painting eggs the day before Easter, now that they are older I can focus on me, and instead of painting eggs I got someone else to paint my toes, because I deserve it!!!

One minute meditation. Spend one minute watching this video, focus on the video, let everything else go. Be present in the moment. Breathe; in through your nose, out through your mouth. Nature / water is grounding. Visualize you being there. Watch as many times as you need. Yes, meditation CAN be this SIMPLE!!!

The new moon is when the moon is between the Earth and the Sun, with the bright side of the moon facing the sun, so the view from Earth is an absence of moon in the sky = darkness. During this time light a candle to bring light to the darkest night of the month. This symbolizes bringing more light into your life. Ask the universe to shine light on you during this new moon. Use this video as a meditation. Get quiet and just breathe while you focus on the flickering flame for as long as you like

The new moon is a time to get clear and set intentions. It’s helpful to create affirmations around them and say them daily. I have written mine on a cue card and read them each morning. These are some examples, but even better if you can create ones specific to you and say them daily at whatever time is best for you.

Self care is an important part of self love. Take time today to show yourself that you deserve love and that you care for yourself. It can be as simple as you having a bath, or even watching this one minute video as a meditation, taking time for you to get present and just breathe. Water is something that is amazing at grounding us; bathing, drinking, listening to the sound of it. 💧

The one thing we all need to do more is love ourselves. One thing we spend doing 7-8 hours a day- sleep. So doesn’t it make sense to listen to something while we sleep to help us love ourselves more?
