Hey Yogis! I know I have been a little quiet for some time on my social media platforms! Busy being a dog mama 🐶 and currently now taking two online courses 💃🏼 always learning 👩🏼‍🎓 • So... our local area has been confirmed we are in tier 3 so unfortunately that means I cannot continue my classes in person at present moment 😞 hopefully once reviewed in 2 weeks we are out of tier 3 and can continue our classes 😁 • I’m not currently teaching online as I’m working on some very important things for my biz ✨ so those who have purchased block bookings, your classes are frozen and will continue when we open (I know who you are 😉) • In the mean time here I am doing shoulder press pose 💪🏼 see how it’s done and maybe try it at home 😁😁 • Namaste yogis and stay tuned for exciting news on my biz ✨🙏🏼
