If you can build a support group while pregnant with friends, partner, and other community resources, she is in a better position to prevent isolation and postpartum depression.

Having an emotional support team is key to conquering isolation and postpartum.

The feelings are going to come and we want to support you through those challenging times.

It’s called Peripartum Depression.

The moods start shifting, and challenges can arrive. But the good thing is that if you’re pregnant you can learn more about this to better prepare you for your new arrival.

You don’t have to be tired all the time.

If you can really prioritize your rest and get on a schedule, you can be more alter and rejuvenated and prevent being sleep deprived.

When you are tired your physical senses start to decline. Before it gets out of hand you have to make rest just as important as taking care your baby.

Rest is imperative with a newborn.

You’re body has been through so major changes and needs to recuperate.

When possible rest as much as you can. That includes nap and full uninterrupted sleep
