Try this thoracic mobility exercise to open up your chest and counteract that hunched desk posture. πββοΈπͺ
Simply:
- Raise your hands above your head.
- Rotate gently to one side, feeling the stretch in your middle back. Pause at 0:58 and then switch sides.
- For added benefits, lean back slightly in the same position.
