While simplicity begs us to compartmentalize and define “this or that,” the truth is that most everything exists on a continuum.

Light and dark.

Hot and cold.

Sound and silence.

Seed and berry.

This was the energetic theme that came through for the month of December.

Contemplating a seed and berry reminds you of the cyclical nature of you. And helps you to remember the spiraled journey of All That Is.

🍒🍒🍒🍒

We love to celebrate the outward bounty of the warmer months —the audacious flowers, the summer plumage, the abundance of green, and the sweet, colorful berries.

But all of that began in the cooler months, with a drab and unassuming seed—a mysterious little mix of protein, starch, and genetic material.

🌱🌱🌱🌱

Seeds are not very exciting to most of us.

And yet, they contain the beginning of everything.

They remind you that rebirth is part of your nature.

And that you can always begin again.

You don’t need to force anything to bear fruit.

All you need is some attention, intention, and presence.
