Join us virtually on full moon in Scorpio—and Beltane—to calm your nervous system and uplift your energy.

Sound healer and frequency guide Jo-Anne Suriel will lead the circle with a brief meditation followed by guided singing in a space of nonjudgement. Participants will also have the option to share a song with the group.

This circle is not about technique—it’s about engaging in the self-healing practice of singing to the waters of the body. It’s about reconnecting to a feeling of joy and rediscovering the healing well that is your own voice.

Prior participants have experienced pain relief, decreased anxiety, and a profound sense of inner peace.

No experience necessary and all are welcome.

🌼 Can I keep my camera off?

Yes, not a problem.

🌼 Can I keep myself on mute?

Absolutely, unless you want to share a song with the circle, during the sharing portion. Otherwise, everyone else will stay muted because Zoom does not like more than one voice at a time, unfortunately.

🌼 Will the session be recorded?

To hold a sacred oral tradition, song circle will not be recorded.

For most of my life, I was a voracious reader. As kid, instead of going to summer camp, my parents would drop me and my sisters off at the public library for the workday—true story!

As I got older, bookstores became a place of comfort as well as profound exploration and learning.

✨✨✨✨

And on my long and winding spiritual path, reading has opened my heart and mind to a deep well of wisdom that I may not have otherwise had access to.

But when I became a parent, I basically stopped reading books— full stop.

This also coincided with the explosion of social media, which definitely impacted my attention span, as well.

But in recent years, I’ve been inspired to reconnect to the wisdom of books.
