55 year old male , operated for trans hiatal esophegctomy 2mon back, developed cervical anastomosis neck leak, Liver failure, coagulation deranged, generalized Edema, left sided pnumothorax and again operated for feeding jejunostomy by another hospital by upper GI surgeon, unavailability of thoracic surgeon referred for left sided empyema and neck wound leak.
