Theme for this month's Reiki group (February) is healing our relationship with love. Love in all its forms: self-love, romantic love, friendship. Also the heart chakra and how open and balanced we are in receiving and giving.

I start the healing with a Reiki infused visualization - which means that what you visualize will carry a high frequency energy that will flow through your body releasing blockages, opening chakras and expanding your own natural light. I also target the nervous system to heal from anxiety, stress, worry, overwhelm and bring a greater sense of calmness, grounding and clarity.

I also like teaching that energy healing is an innate ability we all have. Therefore a portion of the guided visualization is guiding the group in developing their own connection to energy that can be utilized at home independently.

Mats and blankets are provided although you are welcome to bring your own. I do recommend to bring a small pillow.

The group is held every Tuesday at 7pm to 8pm. You can book at:

Collaborating with the awesome Mama coach, Justine Behari, RN. This will be an opportunity to connect with other moms, hear about our mom support groups and the services offered by Justine. Spread the word, get out and enjoy the day with the little ones 😃 Services are geared towards new moms with babies under 3 however all moms are welcomed.
