This one’s hard😋 It’s like sit-ups for your back. This is an intermediate level exercise. Once you can lift your legs and balance on your chest, you can do many advanced poses. In yoga, this pose becomes Ganda Bherundasana. In Pilates we call it Reversed Jackknife.

Give yourself a little challenge today and see how much fun, energy and joy it can bring you. Remember not to stress, you’re doing it to energize and focus.

These kids are sister and brother. They love a challenge. It reminded me the value of having small challenges and how fun attempting them are. Not sure where in life I started to become soooooo serious, but I think these kids just reminded me to come back to just keeping the energy and the joy flowing. Challenge is a great tool for that.
