1-point/flex on knees pushing back&forward
2-pulling&pushing a towel (weight optional)
3-ball rolls&grabs
4-correct pointing&flexing
5-flexing&pointing with extension
6-Pilates footwork:turned-out/flex, parallel point the flex
7-Pilates towel arch builder pulls
