Prime Care, Inc. PRIME CARE is an elite personalized home care agency. We were the first home care agency in New York Prime Care does not have an answering service or voicemail.

Prime Care is owner run and managed with the help of an administrative staff that is small and knows all the Prime Care employees personally. The staff, including the owner and the Director of Nursing, who is a nurse practitioner, work together to know and understand the individual needs of all of our clients. We work collaboratively with patients, their representatives and family members, their doctors, and hospitals or nursing homes, when a discharge is taking place, to make sure every need is met. When you call, a Prime Care employee answers the phone, even at nights, on weekends and during holidays.
