- 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 cup mango diced, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk

1. Combine pineapple chunks, diced mango, spinach, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
