2 Add in frozen mango and blend again.

3 Next, pour almond milk and protein powder into the mixture. Blend again. Depending on your desired consistency, you may need to add more or less almond milk. Don't be afraid to let your blender work! Blend for about a minute to make sure all of the fruit is blended.

- 1 cup cold water
- 1 full romaine heart
- 1-2 ounces baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- Β½ Pink Lady or Fuji apple
- Β½ lemon, peel removed
- 1 k**b fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- 4-5 leaves fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds

🍴Instructions:

1. Place water, romaine and spinach into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add the lemon, banana, apple, ginger, mint and chia seeds. Blend on high until banana has been completely pureed and the mixture is smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
