Breast, cervical and colorectal cancer, represent 25% of all cases of cancer diagnosed yearly in Manhattan. With early screening the worst cases are preventable.

The Manhattan Cancer Services Program (MCSP) was founded in 1995 with a grant from the NY State Dept of Health and the CDC as a public-private partnership to serve uninsured New Yorkers by providing cancer screenings. Today you can find us out doing community outreach throughout NYC.

Free Cancer Screening Services

We offer many services to both prevent and navigate the treatment of cancer among uninsured and underserved New Yorkers.

It all begins with our Screenings + Diagnostic Services.

Eligible women and men age 50 and older are eligible for . Enrolled women age 40 and older are eligible for annual and every three to five years. Those with abnormal screening tests are enrolled into our case management service and are provided with all needed diagnostic testing.

We offer free screenings to the public every Wednesday.
