SWING INTO SPRING
A Yoga & Ayurveda Renewal
Spring is a natural time for renewal.
After the heaviness and cold of winter, our bodies begin to shift, energies start to rise, circulation improves, and nature invites us to move forward.
In both Yoga and Ayurveda, this seasonal transition is an ideal moment to clear stagnation, ignite Agni, digestive fire, and bring lightness back into the body and mind.
I’m excited to offer a special March online series:
Over four Sundays, we will move through a progression designed to support this seasonal shift.
Week 1 — Cleanse
Release winter heaviness through twists and gentle heating practices.
Week 2 — Ignite
Strengthen our core and build energy to awaken the body.
Week 3 — Expand
Heart-opening postures and breathing practices to create space and vitality.
Week 4 — Rise
Balancing and stabilizing postures, along with meditation to wrap-up the work of the series.
Each class includes asana, pranayama, Ayurvedic tips and a handout to guide you through a simple home-practice to help you incorporate this practice into your daily life.
This series is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
