During prenatal visits, some members are surprised to find that their doula offers these 3 things...

Your doula helps prepare your partner to support you. During prenatal visits, your doula can get to know your primary support person and give them the tools to be exactly what you need while you're in labor.

2. Coping with Labor Discomfort💆🏽♀️

Your doula can help manage your pain. Through physical maneuvers like providing counterpressure during contractions or mentally by talking you out of a negative thought. The possibilities are endless.

3. Google's Helper🕵🏾♀️

Your doula can answer your burning questions. Search engines can be overwhelming, provide out-of-context information, and mentally drain you. Your doula is there to help you navigate your questions and point you in the right direction so you get an accurate answer.
