Every day, I make sure to move my body even if I’m traveling, and few things feel better than running along Miami Beach 🌊
After watching the New York City Marathon yesterday, I’m feeling extra inspired by all the runners showing what dedication and consistency can achieve. Longevity isn’t just about supplements or advanced therapies — it starts with the foundations:
🏃♀️ Daily movement
🥗 Smart nutrition
💪 Strength training (especially for women in peri-menopause and menopause — it’s vital for bone density, muscle tone, and metabolism!)
Before every run, I make sure to warm up — and after, I always take time for post-run stretching and recovery.
As from Peloton says, “Focus is a muscle.” In a world full of distractions, your consistency is what truly builds longevity.
