Student Spotlight ✨

Meet Carolyn Tallents, a Fit For Birth Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise & Diastasis Specialists, PregnancySāf Elite Coach, and Founder of CLT Wellness. Carolyn is a mom of 2 and is passionate about pre & postnatal wellness. Carolyn worked in the corporate world for many years, but after struggling with fertility issues of her own, she decided to change paths and follow her passion to help others have healthy pregnancies, deliveries, and transitions into new motherhood.

As a Pre & Postnatal Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Postpartum Doula, (and mom to 2 boys!) Carolyn offers comprehensive training, education and support for women prior to conception, all the way through their postpartum journey.

A graduate of the PPCES and PPDCC, Carolyn says Fit For Birth has been the cornerstone of her career, providing her with the holistic education and unique perspective that continues to drive her work.

“Fit for Birth was life changing for me. I was already passionate about pre & postnatal health and wellness, but this takes it to another level. Educating students about the 3 trends in childbirth and how we, as professionals, mothers, and educators can address them, provides the foundation to understanding and empowering our clients.
