I'm usually a silent follower on this page for the most part. I figured I'd share my weight loss with y'all. The one thing I've been consistent with during my weight loss, is my calories. I started off very low carb. However, my hair was falling out like crazy. Now I focus more on my calorie intake and just eating whole grains and less processed foods. I still watch my macros, to ensure I'm not going crazy on them. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the progress I've made. I have not exercised at all during this. I will hopefully start adding that in. I just wanted to show people that weight loss really is primarily diet (of course exercise is incredibly important also).
