I remember hearing as a child “be a leader, not a follower”. At that time I was a nerdy loner and didn’t become a leader until I built my own confidence with the help and support of my mentors. I had to follow my own path that had its own hills, mountains and lakes. Everyone has their own journeys that can lead us to beautiful places.
