A little jasmine tea and Andris Mattson this morning sets the moodbecause repetition and safety are how the nervous system learns to REWIRE.

In the quiet dark of the morning, I can think, breathe, and restore my sense of calm. Like the lioness in the sun, a cat stretching into a yawn, or a baby resting in sleep, my parasympathetic nervous system can finally soften shift out of vigilance and into repair.
