Life happens in the transitions. Life IS change, is growth, is evolution.

Sometimes things take so much longer and much different paths than you expect or want, and as all of that is happening, our job is to stay clear on what it is we are working towards and WHY it is we are working towards it and just keep showing up each moment as our best. Letting go of any attachments to how we thought it would be...

And then one day, maybe after you've cried buckets and completely have come to terms with it not happening, something even better than you could've imagined IS HERE.

"PRTL fitness has changed my life. I think every person should know that this place exists.
There is a lot of frustration around health and fitness. The reality is, our environment doesn’t often support the results we are looking for. Many of us are motivated by seeing a visual change in our body. But even if you just want to get stronger or feel a bit better the hours spent in the gym or in kitchen hoping and praying something is working is enough to ruin the process for anyone.
I am very motivated by feeling like I am doing well. So fitness, as an adult not playing a sport on team, has been really frustrating. I’m either getting stronger, but not getting slimmer. Getting slimmer but flabby. Nothing is changing.. or the worst… getting injured. All the while this is happening over months and months.. and I am slowly but surely losing interest and losing belief in myself and the process.
The exact opposite has happened to me at PRTL. I got noticeably stronger after 2 workouts. My body was clearly slimming down after 7. I actually keep thinking I have gotten taller somehow! Maybe posture?
Every workout is followed by some kind of recovery modality. **currently sitting in the infrared sauna typing this**
I’m seeing results, I feel incredible, I love the people that work here. It’s one of the happiest places for me. They need to open one in Sacramento so I don’t have to take breaks from them while I am away from the city!"
