The November Visa Bulletin has been released, and there are no changes this month.
*All countries including India, China, and the Philippines remain unchanged from October.
*The cutoff date for All Other Countries and Mexico is still April 1, 2023.
We know many of you have been waiting patiently for progress, and we understand how challenging this long wait can be.

We are closely monitoring the monthly Visa Bulletin to keep our nurses informed. Here are the updates for October 2025 in the EB-3 category:
China & India → advanced 3 months

Philippines → advanced about 2 months

All Other Countries & Mexico → no change

What this means:
Many of our international RNs are now one step closer to their immigration milestones. While progress varies by country, every movement is a positive step forward.

July 2025 Visa Bulletin Update: EB-3 Visa Progress for Nurses
The U.S. Department of State has released the July 2025 Visa Bulletin, and there is encouraging news for many international nurses.
All Other Countries and Mexico: EB-3 priority date advanced to April 1, 2023
Philippines: Now at February 8, 2023
China: Advanced to December 1, 2020
India: Moved slightly to April 22, 2013
This update is a strong reminder to ensure your documents and Visa Screen Certificate are fully prepared.
When your priority date becomes current, you will be eligible for the next step such as the embassy interview. Being ready helps you move forward without delay.
