As a physical therapist, this is one of my favorite stretches. It can help reduce shoulder pain and stiffness while improving overall posture.

1️⃣ Stand an arm’s length away from the wall. 🧍‍♂️
2️⃣ Place your palm flat and firmly against the wall. ✋
3️⃣ Lean forward slightly and stop when you feel a mild stretch or slight discomfort. ↘️
4️⃣ Hold for a few seconds. ⏱️

We are going to start with flexibility exercises. When your muscles are tight, your joints can’t move the way they’re designed to — and that’s when stiffness, pain, and compensation start showing up. Improving flexibility helps restore proper range of motion, reduce tension, and prepare your body to move more efficiently.

Flexibility is the foundation. Once your body moves better, strengthening becomes more effective and safer. Stay consistent, breathe through each stretch, and focus on quality movement — not rushing the process. Your body will thank you.
