WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE - Only a few spots left!

My signature Flourish After Forty™ experience is a six-session guided journey to help women in this season of life rediscover themselves and design their next chapter. Grounded in positive psychology, meaningful reflection, and actionable steps you’ll uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and create habits that align with your goals and vision for what’s next. You’ll also work with my personalized tools — the C.O.R.E. Compass and Flourish Map — to reflect, realign, and make steady, intentional progress each and every week.

There is no cost to participate as I'm running this session of my workshop as part of my graduate studies in Applied Positive Psychology. However, I do ask that if you're interested you are willing to commit to each of the six-sessions to the best of your ability.

The experience will begin on Thursday, May 21st and run weekly through June 25th. I have two time slots available, 10am EST and 4pm EST.

The workshop includes:

• A small group setting of 4-6 women
• One weekly virtual group session via Zoom (60 minutes)
• Thoughtful discussion in a supportive setting
• Guided reflection exercises between sessions
• Weekly email updates to keep you motivated and on track

This is ideal for women who:

• Feel like they are in a season of transition
• Are asking themselves, “what’s next?”
• Want space to reflect, reset, and reconnect

I am so excited to share that I received my final coaching certification this morning from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I am now an ACC Certified Coach. 🎉🎉I am very grateful for all of the teachers, colleagues, friends and family that supported me and cheered me on the last few years.

Now I am looking forward to the next step in my coaching journey which is to attend the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in the fall to earn my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. I am excited for the opportunity to learn from their esteemed faculty and grow myself both personally and professionally. It's going to be a GREAT next chapter! 😊
