Hair care for hair loss for those that were asking me 🥰🙂 (sorry took so long to share)
I had lots of hair loss and thinning since moving to Bangkok... First time in my life.
Now all good and even a huge colour change with no hair loss or thinning 🙂 Oh I also hardly ever tie my hair up, dry my hair, never use heat or products anymore.

Each class will work on your whole body, mind and breath with a variety of traditional yoga sequences with an edge as we flow through…but with extra focus on those hips of yours! ✨

Hip opening classes are great for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting, driving and forward motion sports or whom are experiencing stress,tension & emotional blockages.

Comfort home cooked food yet still heathy!😋✨
It’s the ever so wet rainy season here in Bangkok the storms are brewing bigger every day! I found myself reaching into the cupboard to put together a mix of ingredients which ended up a baked potato with various left over veggies that were in the kitchen 😅👌🏻 🍄🥕🌱

🌟Here are baked potatoes, mushrooms, spinach and a variety of seeds, simple and satisfying🌟

Give it a go and mix up your toppings in your potato, even get creative with spices, garlic, onion and seasoning if you like 😋

-Self care isn’t just physical well-being it’s looking at mental health, emotional health, social engagements, spiritual well-being, and of course yes, physical care as a basis for it all.

✨I’ve recently eliminated caffeine, sugar & alcohol (not forever but for now and then will be very rarely) as a form of self care along side my daily routines after a health reminder (always welcome those😗).

✨This is to live a full life of energy, positivity and able to embrace every moment good vs bad or experiences along the way as our bodies & mind will be prepped and ready for anything💪🏻😊

🧘🏻‍♀️ I discuss this with clients taking ownership of our health, care and daily structures but also especially as getting older, independent with busy daily life, hands down wouldn’t live another way 🤍✨🙂

Not the most amazing photography apologies but this homemade low cost healthy bowl was so delish I had to share with you before it was gone! 🌱 😛

Cooked shiitake mushrooms in garlic, pepper & onion and the same as the tofu but with added chilli power and flakes (if you like it hot 😉🔥)

Boiled edamame and the rest of the ingredients are raw 🤍

Red cabbage, beetroot, mixed leaves, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts and a dollop of tahini! 😋👌🏻

Bowls are a great way to use up ingredients in the cupboard and also be creative with colour, flavours, textures and get your nutrients in 🌱

Background & Now. REWIND, FLOW & GROW.

UK previously based, I have been practising yoga for around 6 years. Originally it began helping alongside my busy working life and to ease past anxiety troubles (rarely discussed), some injuries & digestive problems (being in and out of hospital constantly!)

Having experienced many positive changes and improvements with my wellbeing since beginning yoga ON the mat and maintaining a yogi life also OFF the mat... I made changes in all areas and a whole new lifestyle too! As a result, the health & wellbeing benefits have been life changing to say the least.

Currently living in Bangkok & thriving on supporting others in their goals by combining different forms of asanas (postures), meditations, breath work, helping aid each clients potential to rewind, reset, begin to flow and grow on their very own personal journey.

Some may begin by approaching Yoga as a way to achieve a great body or to keep fit and that is perfectly alright... Yoga really does help in improving your health for stretching and can tone your muscles, exercise your spine and entire skeletal system.
