✨ Less western medication,
✨ Having the best time eating food that makes you feel satisfied.

1. Support system
2. Practicing ALL the time.
3. Gradual changes are a must, don't rush yourself.

Beans or Beef?

It is a no-brainer fight. Beans always win. How? πŸ’ͺ🏿

There is a recent study from the University of Copenhagen wherein 43 men were subjected to a test in which they were alternatively given patties made from veal/pork and fava beans.

When the men ate their bean meals with 19% protein, it is much more possible to eat lesser calories in the next meal unlike with meat meals.

So, how do beans win?
βœ… Provides more stomach-filling satisfaction by;
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Not only its protein-packed,
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ It is also rich in fiber,
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ No cholesterol at all with regular beans and bean patties only have 115 calories average compared to beef patties with 230 - 426 calories.
